Dr. Lingam completed her residency at Oakwood Hospital  in Dearborn, MI. During her training, she receiving many accolades for highest performance annually on exams 4 years in a row as well as awards for her research in the field of Urogynecology and in particular with management of Female Urinary Incontinence.

She has also presented her research for which she won awards at a local, national and international level. 

Her areas of interest include contraceptive counseling, management of infertility, female incontinence, and irregular bleeding. She also specializes in office procedures including Novasure, Essure, Implanon, and IUD placement.

She is currently on staff at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy and is a Board Eligible Physician. She currently paticipates in the OBGYN Peer Review Committee and is also a Family Practice mentor and participates in their teaching and mentorship program.

Dr. Ghuznavi attended          University of Michigan, AnnArbor where she received her Bachelor's Degree. She subsequently received a masters in public health from the same institution. After completing medical school at Wayne State University, she went on to residency at Oakwood Hospital. During her training, she was recognized for her surgical skills in the arena of laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Ghuznavi was in private practice in Dearborn, MI for two years prior to moving to the Rochester Area. 

Her interests include minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic surgery, management of abnormal bleeding, infertility, menopausal medicine, and management of abnormal paps. She also performs in office procedures.

She is currently on staff at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy and is a Board Eligible Physician.
